Terms of Service

Drydock ("the service", "we") is a Shopify app. By installing or using the service you agree to these terms.

The service

Drydock lets merchants build, simulate, test, publish, and restore checkout rules on their Shopify store. Simulation and saved test cases reduce the risk of publishing a mistaken rule; they do not eliminate it. You are responsible for the rules you publish and for verifying that they behave as you intend on your store.

Billing and cancellation

All charges are billed through the Shopify Billing API and appear on your Shopify invoice. Paid plans start with a 14-day free trial. You can downgrade to the Free plan at any time from the app's Plans page, or cancel entirely by uninstalling the app; Shopify prorates and stops charges per its billing policies.

Data

What we store and how it is deleted is described in the privacy policy. In short: merchant-created content only, no customer personal data, purged on uninstall or redact request.

Availability and support

We aim for continuous availability but do not guarantee it. Rules already published run inside Shopify's checkout infrastructure and continue to work even if the Drydock app itself is unreachable. Support: support@trydrydock.com — we answer within one business day.

Warranty and liability

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Drydock's total liability arising from the service is limited to the fees you paid us in the three months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, including lost sales attributable to rules you published.

Changes

We may update these terms; material changes will be noted on this page with a new date. Continued use after a change is acceptance.
